The North Texas Council of Clubs (NTXCC) was formed for two purposes. One was to foster brotherhood, sisterhood, and camaraderie among member organizations, organizations, associations, courts, local bars and businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth community. With so many things going on every weekend we created a master community calendar to help groups planning events avoid overlap and promote those events. The second was to begin working towards creating our own event like the very successful LUEY put on each year by the Houston Council of Clubs. 2011 is the inaugural year for our very first Fall Frolick event.
Fall Frolick showcases one of the very unique things about the Dallas/Fort Worth community. It brings together the Leather, BDSM, Bear, Cowboy, Service Organization, and Drag communities for a three day party. Unlike so many other communities we work together 365 days a year supporting and taking care of each other and having a damn good time doing it!
ALL are welcome at Fall Frolick! Gay, Bi, Pan, Trans, Straight, or any other designation under the rainbow, we don’t care. All are welcome to come enjoy the hospitality Dallas/Fort Worth has to offer. Come party with us and have a few cocktails, make some new friends, make some great contacts, and just leave your cares behind.
Best of all, the event is free to our out of town guests! Local guests (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Tarrant, Denton, Johnson, Parker, and Wise counties) are required to pay a $10 registration fee.
Registration for Fall Frolick includes:
Official Fall Frolick Run Pin (Registered Guests must display their Fall Frolick Run pin to attend all weekend events), Cocktail Party’s throught the weekend hosted by various groups, Meals on Friday night, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, TFL Hat Contest, and the Fall Frolick Follies on Sunday. And of course the “Official Unofficial After Party on Sunday!
NOTE: Due to local and federal liquor laws, Fall Frolick is restricted to participants 21 years old and older.
Advance registration is requested. It is highly recommend that you pre-register online to save time waiting in line and missing the fun!
